What are the responsibilities and job description for the Taproom Helper - Runner / Buser / Host / Expo position at First State Brewing Company?
OVERVIEW:
Support Taproom and Kitchen staff with various needs, including greeting guests, running food, busing tables, cleaning/sanitizing, etc.
No prior experience required.
Currently hiring for part-time & full-time positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help deliver a superior guest experience by engaging with guests during their visit
- Greet and seat guests
- Deliver food to guests tables and take-away orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Taproom, patio, and restrooms
- Maintain stock of Taproom essentials
- Assist guests and support Taproom and Kitchen staff as otherwise needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good attitude and a strong work ethic
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Understanding of food safety
- Strives for constant and never-ending improvement
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to periodically lift 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 preferred)
- Be a good human
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
