Accuracy, Optimize & Automate

  • Define and refine SOPs for analytics processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory data privacy standards.
  • Support evaluation and rollout of new Ecommerce platforms, analytics systems, and technologies.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting curiosity, collaboration, and insight-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Site Merchandising teams to identify optimization opportunities across content and customer journeys.
  • Use workflow tools such as Monday.com or Asana to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Collaborate & Report Like a Pro

  • Collaborate with DTC, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure analytics efforts align with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal sales leads, retail partners, and third-party data providers to expand data capabilities and gather deeper insights.
