Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Support food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Retail or grocery store experience can be beneficial for understanding retail math and sales techniques
