Qualifications -
- High school diploma.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for technical drawings and familiarity with engineering or surveying principles.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial development projects is preferred.

Job Responsibilities -
- Execute project drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D application software to produce legible and technically correct drawings in a cost-efficient manner.
- Prepare plot plans, erosion control plans, surveyor location reports, and lot fit exhibits.
- Make revisions to existing drawings from verbal and written explanations.
