Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to uphold safety and security standards. Previous experience is a plus! Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Duties
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by following established protocols
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities
- Enforce security policies by managing crowd control, conflict de-escalation, and conflict management strategies
Skills
- Strong surveillance skills with experience
- Excellent communication and interact professionally with diverse individuals
- Ability to write clear incident reports and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with compliance standards related to security regulations and loss prevention strategies
- Drivers license
