PAYMENT SPECIALIST

Position General Responsibilities

As a member of Central Operations, your role entails fulfilling daily operational responsibilities and processing incoming requests from branches. This position is crucial to the overall functioning of the entire Stockman Bank system, necessitating the use of exceptional customer service skills to address transactional issues for internal or external customers. A comprehensive understanding of the bank platform is essential in assisting bank-wide personnel with tasks related to the many payments options the bank offers, updates or changes, and responding to various inquiries. It is imperative to communicate with kindness and respect while serving in Central Operations, as we are the final line of defense. Consistent adherence to and enforcement of bank policies and procedures is vital in mitigating risk.

Education, Experience And Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal/team skills and effective working relationships with managers/leads assistance.
• Capacity to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Established Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid work ethic and organizational skills are a must. Must be dependable, accurate and efficient.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of banking terminology and/or previous banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous recent experience using Fiserv banking platform software.
