Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead our hardscape projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on installation experience, and the ability to manage crews effectively while ensuring quality craftsmanship and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Lead a team in the installation of hardscapes, including retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living features
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate material deliveries and keep job sites organized and efficient
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Perform quality control checks to ensure top-tier workmanship
- Concrete installation and finishing experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in hardscape installation or related field
- 1 years of experience in a leadership or foreman role preferred
- Proficiency in installing pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens
- Experience with concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing (preferred)
- Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
