- Supervise and direct hardscape installation crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align on project scope and specifications
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment to ensure safe and precise work
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project
- Manage material ordering, delivery schedules, and inventory control to prevent delays
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on hardscape, masonry, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, concrete forming, masonry techniques, and finishing methods
- Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection procedures, and project coordination processes
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication machinery
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings accurately
