Job Summary
Our busy law firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide essential support to attorneys and staff. The Office Manager will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, faxes, and mail, ensuring proper distribution.
- Oversee copying, scanning, and faxing of legal documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize, file, and down-file paperwork in both physical and electronic files.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper document management.
- Provide general support to attorney and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred (law firm experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
