What are the responsibilities and job description for the REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICER position at Stockman Bank of Montana?
This position will be housed in one of our Missoula branch locations. Exact location to be determined at hire.
Position General Responsibilities:
Originate secondary market real estate loans. Represents the Bank in community activities.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
· Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.· Sales Oriented.
· Previous mortgage lending experience.
· Have strong group of local contacts for business development or ability to develop a strong referral source.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of secondary market loan process preferred but not required.

- Handle the origination and processing for secondary real estate loans and development of new business.
