Position General Responsibilities:
This position will assist the Agriculture Lending officers. It is accountable for loan processing and for relieving the officers of administrative detail, including tickler file and other varied secretarial and clerical duties as may be designated.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- 2-year college level course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution, or related field experience, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Previous Loan Processing experience.

Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies
Loan Processing Duties
- Preparation and processing of credit documents.
- Modification of notes and extensions.
- Commitment letters/letters of credit.
- Disburse loans.
- UCC-1-filing, EFS, Brand Lien, Assignment of Government Payments, BLM and DNRC Lien Notices & tracking.
Credit Support
- Pulling credit reports.
- Filing/correspondence/Photocopying.
- Build/Maintain files.
- Process paid and renewed notes.
- Process paid and make loan advance request.
- Receive and make payments/corrections.
- Monitor lien filings.
- Preparation and storage of closed & purges files.
- Maintain Tickler File.
- Prepare comments for loan files; adverse actions letters.
- Correspondence related to documentation of loan files.
