Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound Customer Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Scheduling Customer Appointments: Efficiently schedule service appointments for Subaru customers.
- Verifying Appointment Parts Availability: Ensure that necessary parts are available for scheduled appointments.
- Updating Outbound Mailer Manifests: Maintain accurate records of outbound mail communications.
- Responding to Inbound Customer Relationship Managed Leads: Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in Subaru services.
- Outbound Mail and Email to Customers: Communicate important information to customers via mail and email.
- Outbound Phone Calls to Customers in Need of Service: Reach out to customers requiring service or follow-up.
- Other Duties as Assigned by Manager: Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.
