The Role
Stock Mfg. Co. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development
Coordinator to support our development team and help move products from concept through
production. This role sits at the intersection of design, production, and daily execution. You’ll
work closely with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure timelines are met, details are
accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced
environment, ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and learning the
full lifecycle of apparel development and production.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle from design handoff through production approval
- Build and maintain BOMs, tech packs, and development documentation
- Track samples, revisions, and approvals across multiple styles and timelines
- Communicate with overseas factories on sample updates, materials, and revisions
- Attend fit sessions and document clear, actionable fit notes and changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved
- Support ongoing improvements to development and production workflows
- Organize and maintain sample libraries, development records, and materials
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in apparel product development
- Experience working with overseas vendors or factories
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, and trims
- Ability to manage multiple styles, customers, and timelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel/Google Sheets

plays a key part in keeping product development running smoothly, accurately, and on
schedule.
Due to the fast paced nature of our business, this role is required to be in-person at our Logan
Square office five days per week.

Compensation
$55,000 – $65,000, based on experience
