Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Oracle APEX and Fusion Order Management Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle APEX and Oracle Fusion Order Management with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade integrations, low-code applications in complex Oracle Cloud environments and order lifecycle solutions. This role requires strong hands-on development capability combined with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2 and Gen 3) including REST, SOAP, and event-driven integration patterns.
Build and manage OIC integration flows, orchestrations, scheduled processes, and file-based integrations connecting Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems.
Develop and configure OIC adapters - REST, SOAP, FTP, Database, and Kafka adapters.
Design reusable integration patterns, error handling frameworks, and monitoring dashboards within OIC.
Manage OIC environments, connection configurations, certificates, and deployment pipelines across development, test, and production.
Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Oracle APEX applications - including interactive reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers supporting APEX application logic and Oracle database operations.
Implement RESTful Web Services and REST Data Sources within APEX for integration with Oracle Fusion and third-party APIs.
Build responsive, accessible APEX Universal Theme applications following Oracle design standards.
Develop APEX plug-ins, dynamic actions, and JavaScript enhancements for rich user experiences.

Optimize APEX application performance through SQL tuning, query optimization, and efficient PL/SQL development.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex order lifecycle issues including stuck orders, fulfillment failures, and orchestration exceptions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 10 years of total IT experience with 8 years specializing in Oracle Cloud technologies.
5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 2 and/or Gen 3.
8 years hands-on experience developing enterprise Oracle APEX applications. 8 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
Technical Skills: ? Oracle Integration Cloud: integration flows, orchestrations, B2B, adapters, OIC Gen 3 process automation.
