Job Summary (List Format)
- Serve as Level 4 (L4) escalation support for enterprise applications, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Resolve complex technical and functional issues that cannot be handled by lower-level support teams.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective solutions across integrated systems.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and provide architectural and advanced configuration support for D365 F&O modules including Supply Chain Management, Production Control, Time and Attendance, and Asset Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and enhance customizations, extensions, integrations, workflows, and reports within D365 F&O.
- Oversee and support integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise systems.
- Provide limited support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), especially Field Service functionality and integrations.
- Review and approve code changes, configuration updates, and deployment activities.
- Lead system upgrade, patching, and regression testing initiatives to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support standards.
- Recommend system improvements aligned with business objectives in manufacturing and distribution.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff, providing technical guidance as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
