Human Resources Manager
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to support leadership and employees across all HR functions. This role will design, implement, and manage HR programs that strengthen culture, improve processes, and support long‑term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews and external benchmarking
- Support succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Oversee HR policies, handbooks, and documentation
- Provide coaching to managers and serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters
- Foster a positive, collaborative, growth‑oriented workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM or HRCI certification required
- 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background across all HR disciplines
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
