Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and professionalism
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear and helpful information
- Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely entry and confirmation of client requests
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and documentation for reporting purposes
- Support the onboarding of new clients by providing necessary information and facilitating initial setup procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and logistics to streamline sales workflows
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs
- Monitor sales pipelines and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems regularly to reflect current statuses
- Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on sales processes and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation and data entry
- Database and Excel experience are preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques; prior experience in a sales environment is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to sales or customer service are a plus
