What You’ll Do
- Perform service, maintenance, and repair on overhead crane and hoist systems
- Complete OSHA-equivalent inspections and document all findings
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Perform quality installations and warranty work
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Interface directly with customers to provide solutions and professional support
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Complete all forms, reports, and inspection checklists accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Operate equipment safely, including lifts and overhead cranes
- Protect and maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Uphold strong safety, quality, and customer service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience servicing cranes/hoists or industrial equipment - preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot 3-phase motors, VFDs, controls, and circuits is a plus
- Ability to work at heights, in various temperatures, and in loud environments
- Capable of lifting 50–100 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must supply personal hand tools and meter
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience working with cranes, hoists, industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or electrical systems
- Associate degree in Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or similar - preferred
- Experience with overhead cranes, lifts, inspections, industrial electricity, or heavy equipment repair is a plus
- OSHA inspection familiarity is a major advantage
Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
