- Provide detailed information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers with test drives and answer any questions they may have.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process all sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Stay informed about new inventory, promotions, and the latest industry trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales field is not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
