Job Title: Showroom Operations & Inventory Intern

Department: Sales & Showroom Operations

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (In-Person)

Monthly Stipend: $450 - Part- Time 2 Week Days, 1 Weekend Day

The Showroom Operations & Inventory Intern is a hands-on, in-person role focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom. This internship is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the operational side of a growing fashion brand.

This role is centered on inventory management, order fulfillment, showroom organization, and client experience. The intern will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient operations, and delivering a thoughtful, high-touch customer experience.

Additionally, this role requires a proactive mindset toward supporting sales and helping build brand awareness through every client interaction.

Inventory Management

• Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and support Shopify reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical and digital inventory.
• Maintain strict organization of all stock, including:
• Labeling boxes correctly
• Organizing inventory by style, size, and color
• Applying color tags and identifiers
• Protecting the product and managing damaged boxes properly
• Ensure all inventory is stored, tracked, and maintained with accuracy at all times.

Order Fulfillment

• Prepare and pack e-commerce and showroom orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support shipping processes and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Process returns and ensure all returned items are:
• Inspected
• Properly restocked
• Updated correctly in Shopify

Showroom Organization & Operations

• Maintain a clean, structured, and highly organized showroom and stockroom.
• Continuously reorganize inventory to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Support smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Provide a warm, attentive, and personalized in-person client experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing guidance, and styling support.
• Proactively engage with clients to support sales and build brand awareness.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and care.
