Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented intern to support wholesale efforts and showroom operations during a key growth period. This in-person internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the showroom team and gain real-world experience in digital content creation, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in reaching out to prospective and existing wholesale clients
- Fulfill in-store product requests
- Research, contact, and manage store/buyer contacts
- Initiate phone, virtual, or in-person meeting with prospective wholesale clients
- Assist with marketplace or tradeshow-type events (when possible)
- General retail store assistance showroom/store.
- Drive sales across e-commerce platforms
- Organize/Merchandise the new collection samples in the showroom
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel or Sheets
- Professional written and verbal skills
- A strong, analytical, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Passion for the fashion industry and excitement to learn more about sales (retail and wholesale)
- Current student or recent graduate (college credit available, but not required)
- Experience in managing Shopify (preferred)
- Ability to multitask.
- Participate in all activities associated with showroom operations.
- Natural-born sales personality who enjoys and is not intimidated by initiating conversation with clientele
- Must have their own laptop and be able to commute to our Knox-Henderson, Dallas showroom.
- Junior or Senior undergraduate students majoring in Fashion, Business, Mass Communications, Sales, or a related field.
This internship is part-time and requires three in-person days per week, consisting of two weekdays and one weekend day at our Dallas showroom. School credit is highly encouraged, and candidates must be able to provide any required documentation if they are receiving academic credit.
