Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator. The ideal employee will manage the screen printing process, producing high-quality custom apparel for our loyal customers. This person will need to have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and printing techniques. Most days at Stitch It are fast-paced, so we need someone who can learn quickly and keep up the pace while still being able to work extremely accurately. Experience with digital design tools and art direction is a plus, as this position offers opportunities to collaborate on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce custom designs on various materials
- Prepare artwork files
- Manage color matching and ensure accurate reproduction of designs according to client specifications
- Maintain quality control by inspecting printed products for consistency, color accuracy, and defect-free output
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area and equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to screen registration, ink application, or equipment malfunction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in screen printing or related production roles preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
