Shop Supervisor

Stimple & Ward. is currently looking for a full-time Shop Supervisor for its Pittsburgh, PA. location.
Position Requirements:
· 2 Years of Supervisory Experience in a business environment.
· Familiarity with the Assembly line process
· Mechanical knowledge of measuring devices micrometers, digital calipers, and general measuring devices.
· Learning the process of reverse engineering industrial electric motor coils
And transit coils.
Necessary Skills:
· Management of Personnel Resources — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
· Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, to make improvements or take corrective action.
· Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
· Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.
· Organization – and the ability to delegate tasks when necessary.

- Monday - Friday
- Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm
