LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
WINSTON SALEM, NC
We are seeking a creative and talented Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Winston Salem, NC. This position focuses on the design and production of site plans and construction documents for a diverse portfolio, including urban spaces, parks, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, higher education campuses, and residential developments. You will work closely with other project team members in a highly collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- A min of 4-years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited University.
- Proficient computer skills in AutoCAD, LandFX, and Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong graphic representation abilities using both hand drafting and digital methods.
- Proficient in the production of site and amenity construction documents.
- Proficient in site grading.
- Proficient in detailing amenity designs.
- Excellent written, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external design disciplines.
- Analyze and apply municipal, county, and state zoning and design codes.
- Ability to work within a collaborative design environment.
