Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep grounds looking pristine

- Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health management
- Conduct landscape construction projects including hardscape installation
- Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and diseases
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe pathways and parking areas
Qualifications
- Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and irrigation systems essential
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, and pesticide management required
- Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus
