Night Auditor
Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to be the welcoming face of our hotel during the quiet hours. If you have a knack for customer service and experience in the hotel industry, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable stay, even in the middle of the night.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online and phone reservations for overnight arrivals and future stays.
- Register guests, collecting necessary information and handling secure payment processing.
- Provide detailed information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the night.
- Liaise with our on-call housekeeping and security staff to ensure rooms are ready and the property is safe and secure.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers or special event attendees checking in overnight.
Skills We're Looking For:
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with hotel reservations software.
- A strong customer service attitude and a calm demeanor.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, particularly for independent overnight work.
