Job Description:
Still Waters Resort is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Aquatics Attendants to join our team. As an Aquatics Attendant, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at our swimming facilities. Responsibilities:

Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules and regulations.

Enforce all pool policies in a courteous and professional manner.

Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, restrooms, and surrounding areas.

Set up and tidy pool furniture (chairs, umbrellas, etc.).

Administer basic first aid in case of minor injuries and alert appropriate personnel for more serious incidents.

Attend to guest needs, such as providing directions or information about resort amenities.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Ability to swim strongly and confidently.

Excellent observational and communication skills.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.

Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
