Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our Resort Maintenance Team! This is a full-time, year round position. Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings.
Must have a proven ability to deliver kind, courteous and professional communication to anyone at all times. Service industry experience is not a requirement but highly valued!

$500 sign on bonus split at 90 and 120 days.

Responsibilities and Duties
Position Highlights:
Perform in-room repairs, preventative maintenance program, and general property upkeep.
Will perform simple tasks like replacing filters and light bulbs, general carpentry/furniture repair. Water testing and more technical activities related to Boilers, Elevators and HVAC operations. This position requires employee to be available nights and weekends.
Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
*High School Diploma or Equivalent.
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following trades:
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.
*Experience with general carpentry, small appliance repair or boiler operations a plus.
*Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel/Lodging/Apartment maintenance.
*Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
