Position Overview:
We are looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our food truck team. As a Server, you'll be the face of our operation-providing fast, welcoming service while ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Deliver orders quickly and ensure accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred (not required)
