What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at Still Water Pools?
On behalf of and under the supervision of our client, Still Water Pools, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting with several aspects of field operations for building pools. This position will support business growth, ensure operational efficiency, and assist with project completion.
Below is a list of key responsibilities of this position. This is not an all-inclusive list and is intended to be a high-level overview.
- Continually learn the processes of building a pool to SWP standards and understand the compliance requirements of pool building
- Understand the operational processes via DBX
- Assist the Project Managers in partnership with General Contractor and homeowners throughout the build process to ensure a successful project
- Shadow all field operations under the mentorship of Project Managers
- Frequent on-site visits to each project to ensure the project is going smoothly and to identify any potential issues
- Visit job sites and take digital photos and videos to upload to CRM platform
- Coordinate with professional photographers to meet on site and take photographs for marketing efforts
- Complete the pool system startup process (filling, brushing, balancing)
- Represent SWP in a professional manner at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Training, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements:
- Previous pool start up experience preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License (Class C)
- Ability to work efficiently in the field
- Ability to prioritize time and tasks
- Proficient communication skills, verbal and written
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, a plus but not required
- Due to the nature of the job, the Assistant Project Manager must be physically able to sit, stand, walk pool build projects, bend, carry items up to 100 lbs., and work with his/her hands on the projects

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
