Position Overview
Stillpoint Wellness is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health therapist to join our small, supportive team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value relational depth, thoughtful pacing, and meaningful therapeutic work within a boutique private practice setting.
We are especially interested in clinicians who appreciate working with adults and who approach therapy with curiosity, presence, and respect.
Who You Are
A licensed or provisionally licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in NC
Grounded, reflective, and client-centered in your clinical approach
Comfortable working with adults navigating transitions, stress, emotional overwhelm, and relational concerns
Values collaboration, ethical care, and ongoing professional growth
Interested in being part of a small practice where your voice and work matter
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients in alignment with Stillpoint Wellness’s mission and values
- Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Stillpoint Wellness team and participate in consultation as appropriate
- Engage in networking and relationship-building with referral partners, community providers, and local organizations
- Support the growth and visibility of the practice through ethical marketing efforts (e.g., professional networking, outreach events, and referral development)
- Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and practice initiatives as needed
