We are searching for a Market Specialist to join our team to service Detroit, Mi area ULTA Beauty locations.
The ideal candidate:
• Has a proven track record of high achieving personal sales performance
· Strong planner and executer of successful events
· Continually driving sales through conversion and building the basket.
· Educate and coach store teams effectively
· Build and strengthen in-store partnerships
· Weekend availability is required
· Flexible, and can travel to surrounding stores if needed for an event
ULTA and/or SEPHORA experience a plus.
