The Role: Beauty Content Creator & Social Media Intern

We’re searching for a beauty-focused content creator who loves making short-form videos, understands social trends, and feels comfortable in front of or behind the camera. This role blends hands-on content creation with social media and digital marketing experience, supporting our channels, campaigns, photoshoots, and retailer activations.

If you love TikTok, know how to create UGC-style beauty content, and want real exposure to a global brand’s marketing process, this internship is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce UGC-style beauty content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Support content ideation, filming, editing, and execution for organic social, paid ads, retailer campaigns, and events.
• Assist on photoshoots and BTS production.
• Edit short-form videos and help elevate overall content quality.
• Track social performance and help develop content insights and recommendations.
• Support TikTok Shop, affiliates, and social commerce initiatives.
• Participate in community engagement and creator interactions.
• Collaborate with social, creative, and e-commerce teams to enhance storytelling and performance.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves

• A strong passion for creating beauty content. Please submit your portfolio or social handles.
• Ability to film and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels.
• Good eye for trends, visuals, and product storytelling.
• Comfortable on camera and or directing UGC content.
• Genuine interest in beauty, makeup, and digital culture.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic experience in social media, marketing, or digital strategy. Coursework counts.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, paid ads basics, or engagement analytics.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing tools.

Internship Details

• Duration: January 12 to May 15, 2026
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: In-office Monday to Thursday. Remote on Fridays.
• Compensation: $16.50 per hour
• Location: Stila HQ in New York City (Midtown)
