Stidham Insurance is looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our independent insurance agency!
Position:
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Salaried position
- Paid training available (including licensing preparation)
- Growth opportunities within the agency
Qualifications:
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Clerical experience preffered
- Texas Property & Casualty license is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Requirements:
- Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and navigate industry‑specific software or CRM systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
