As a Partner (Community) Engagement team member, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with driver communities and strategic stakeholders across Indonesia. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with Partners [Company], including moderators [GTI] and regional coordinators [TPI].
- Ensure all logistics and supplies for engagement activities are fulfilled across Indonesia.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events and initiatives in various cities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community groups, companies, or other relevant stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure drivers and communities receive necessary support services.
- Maintain long-term, healthy, and impactful relationships with drivers and partner communities.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, partnerships, or field operations.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in working with communities and building meaningful partnerships.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia for project execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong project management skills are a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
