As a Partner Engagement Admin, youâll support the PE team by managing community data, handling daily operations, and coordinating between internal teams and our driver community â combining data, coordination, reporting, and creative tasks.
đ What Youâll Do
- Process and update referral data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle driver complaints related to payment processes and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate internal teams.
- Manage and track community-related complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
- Maintain and monitor community performance data to support internal reporting.
- Support the execution of community events, including logistics, communication, and on-site support.
- Assist in the exploration of new community leads and opportunities to expand driver engagement.
- Support the acquisition of new communities and onboarding activities.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics related to community performance and engagement, while performing regular data entry and data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Support key visual creation for events or initiatives, when needed.
- Assist in team coordination, including scheduling and internal alignment, as well as taking Minutes of Meeting (MoM) during discussions and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.

What Weâre Looking For
- Bachelorâs degree in any major.
- Prior experience in administrative support or community management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams and respond to community needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) are a plus for assisting with visual materials.
- Willing to work on-site and support field activities or events when needed.
