As a Graphic Designer – Product Marketing, you'll join our Marketing and Market Research team to create assets that help clients, prospects, and the broader industry understand the future of OOH advertising in Indonesia. This role goes beyond making things look good — it's about turning complex ideas into visuals that make people stop, pay attention, and say "now I get it." You'll work on presentation decks that help close business opportunities, infographics that translate research into compelling stories, campaign assets, and new ways to communicate ideas visually. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of OOH advertising in Indonesia, grow beyond design through cross-functional exposure to marketing, research, and commercial thinking, and collaborate with a team of ambitious, driven people who value initiative, ideas, and learning over hierarchy.
- Create product marketing assets including sales materials, social media content, research reports, case studies, infographics, campaign materials, and presentation decks that support marketing and commercial objectives
- Design with a focus on communication, not decoration — clarifying complex ideas, simplifying messaging, and guiding audience attention
- Proactively suggest better creative directions or formats rather than simply executing briefs as given
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Market Research teams, gaining exposure to positioning, storytelling, research, and commercial strategy
- Maintain high quality standards and ownership over deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and proper file/export handling
- Contribute ideas, give and receive feedback openly, and work collaboratively within a fast-moving, ambitious team
- Strong design skills with a focus on communication and storytelling, not just aesthetics
- Proactive mindset — comfortable suggesting improvements to briefs and creative direction
- Curious and open to experimenting with new tools and workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI, or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over quality of work
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
- Interested in business, marketing, consumer insights, and brand strategy
