As a Data Entry Intern, you will play an essential role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our billboard and LED asset database. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and good communication skills in collaborating with vendors to ensure data updates and validation are completed on time.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Update LED and Billboard (BB) price databases with information from existing vendors.
Communicate with vendors to confirm and update rental rates, availability, and related details.
Input new inventory or asset data into StickEarn’s internal system.
Identify and correct any data inconsistencies or errors within the existing database.
Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and within the target timeline.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling large volumes of data.
Strong communication and follow-up skills for vendor coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to work in a hybrid setup at Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
