What are the responsibilities and job description for the BAKEHOUSE Part-Time Pastry Production position at Stick Boy Bread Company?
Position Description:
- This position is PART-TIME with the expectation to work 24-32 hours/week.
- Help produce large batches of laminated pastries, bagels, and more at our production facility!
- Most recipes are carried out independently but alongside a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment with shared resources.
- Can be a physically demanding job.
- Applicants need to show competency and an eye for detail to follow recipes and carefully craft products en masse to meet company standards.
- Requires a good attitude and strong work ethic.
- Food production experience desired but not required.
Pay and Benefits: $14.50 per hour with room to grow, overtime after 40 hours per week, accrued paid time off, accrued store credit per pay period, employee discount at Stick Boy and all sister businesses
Location: Stick Boy Bakehouse – 150-C Den Mac Dr, Boone, NC 28607 (our production facility next to Hatchet coffee in East Boone)
