Role OverviewStic is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Culver City. This role will be responsible for developing compelling visual creative across campaign assets, brand marketing, sales materials, and driver-facing communications.
This designer will help translate brand concepts into high-impact vehicle advertising experiences while ensuring creativity is optimized for performance, visibility, and real-world execution.
This is an in-office, highly collaborative role working closely with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Client Creative- Design high-impact vehicle wrap and decal concepts for brand advertising campaigns
- Adapt client brand guidelines into physical OOH creative optimized for readability, motion visibility, and geographic targeting
- Create mockups, presentations, and visual concepts for client pitches and proposals
- Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to refine creative direction
- Develop marketing collateral including case studies, presentations, social media, website assets, and sales enablement materials
- Maintain and evolve Stic’s brand identity across all touchpoints
- Support product launches, campaign announcements, and thought leadership initiatives
- Create visual communications that support driver acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
- Design promotional and event materials supporting community initiatives and partnerships
- Prepare production-ready files for print, fabrication, and installation vendors
- Partner with operations teams to ensure creative feasibility across different vehicle types and decal formats
- Maintain organized asset libraries and templates for scalable campaign deployment
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, brand, or media preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, marketing, and brand design work
- Experience designing for physical environments, OOH, experiential, or large-format print strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Chat GPT, Gemini, Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
- Ability to balance creativity with functional performance requirements
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
- Motion design or video editing experience
- Experience working with brand or media performance teams
- Familiarity with vehicle wrap production or large-format printing
- Figma or digital design experience
- Photography or content creation skills
