What you’ll be doing
You’ll join a STEM-focused recruitment team, working in a highly commercial, relationship-driven environment.
This is a sales role at its core, you’ll be building new client partnerships, managing hiring processes end-to-end, and advising candidates on career moves that can change their trajectory.
It’s fast-paced, sometimes challenging, but highly rewarding for people who are competitive and want to see tangible results from their work.
What you can expect:
- $55,000 starting salary
- OTE $55k-$68K (25% bonus) uncapped commission
- Uncapped commission structure from day one
- High performers significantly exceeding that (top billers earning well into five figures monthly in commission)
