Shift: 2nd: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; 3rd: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Location: South Mountain Restoration Center, 10058 South Mountain Road, South Mountain, PA 17261
Position Summary
Sthenos Technologies is hiring Registered Nurses for evening and overnight assignments at South Mountain Restoration Center. Nurses in this role provide hands-on clinical care, medication management, assessment, and coordination in a structured resident-care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of resident conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies.
- Respond to changes in condition and coordinate appropriate clinical interventions.
- Develop, update, and support nursing care plans.
- Supervise or guide LPNs and direct-care staff as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Clinical experience in long-term care, behavioral health, skilled nursing, hospital, or institutional settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work assigned evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
