Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, 30-minute unpaid lunch, every other weekend
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description
Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for long-term assignments at South Mountain Restoration Center. Openings are available on second and third shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Report significant changes to the RN or physician
- Assist with care planning and ongoing treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow facility safety and infection-control procedures
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work assigned weekends and facility schedules
Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
