You will demonstrate the value of STgenetics’ program offerings to increase and maintain sales in the east region. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have an established network of dairy connections, be goal driven to surpass sales targets, have experience in consultative sales, and a strong desire to build lasting relationships with clients. This is a remote position only.

Key Responsibilities
- Increase existing sales by identifying new targets, demonstrating value proposition, and providing outstanding genetic, reproductive, and farm management consultation to optimize customer profitability.
- Grow and strengthen existing client relationships through excellent customer service, value-added services, and technical support.
- Build STgenetics’ image on the dairy as a respected member of the dairy management team, helping to enhance profitability through genetic progress, optimized reproductive success, and technology implementation.
- Develop written and digital reports to promote STgenetics as a leader in optimizing profitability for dairies on their genetic, reproductive and management programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy/Animal Science or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of consultative sales experience
- Expertise of dairy businesses, or some dairy background required
- Outstanding communication skills in English are required; the ability to communicate in Spanish preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge and experience with large, progressive dairy herds
