What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Center Support Representative position at Stewart's Shops?
We have an opening available at the Tech Center in our Distribution Center and Manufacturing Plant located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This department is a busy call center that provides technical support to our shops over the phone, as well as in-person.
Duties:
• Provide technical support to our shops over the phone
• Provide urgent onsite support to our shops when requested
• Create and update tickets through our ticketing system
• Repair POS equipment- registers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Repair and maintain ATM equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, phone, and customer service skills to support our shops
• Attention to detail and self-accountable
• Team-oriented mindset
• Trustworthy and safety conscious
• Strong working knowledge of Windows PC’s and networking
• Android OS knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Clean driver’s license and ability drive long distances
Schedule:
• Full time position available
• Flexible schedule needed to include some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Required on-call rotation
• May be required to work overtime when needed
• Pay rate is $21/hr.
