Full Time Night Position
- 36 hours/week
- Night Shift, 7pm-7am
- Every 3rd weekend/ rotating holidays
Position Responsibilities
As a House Supervisor you will direct the functions and activities of the nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Our team members will count on you to provide direction and leadership.
Other responsibilities include:
- Supervise and accept responsibility for entire operation of hospital during absence of administrative staff
- Adjusts staffing to meet needs and to provide adequate coverage of unit
- Provide direct patient care when needed
- Cross train to OB, ER and Med/Surg to provide support to units during shift
Position Requirements
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing with current Iowa RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certified or obtained within 6 months of hire
