FULL TIME POSITION
- 7am-7pm
- 36 hours per week
- Every 3rd weekend
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Unit Secretary / Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist the nursing team in providing care for our patients. Our patients and team members will count on you to manage patient requests by answering call lights and relaying information back to physicians and nurses as needed.
Other responsibilities include:
- Coordinate activities at the nursing station between nurses, physicians and other staff
- Answer phone and relay messages
- Respond to hospital room call lights and coordinate responses as needed
- Create and maintain departmental patient records
Job Requirements
- CNA Certification
- Computer skills (word processing, data entry, medical record maintenance)
- Exceptional communication skills and customer Service
