At Stewart Contractors LLC, we're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our growing team specializing in additions, whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and exterior remodeling throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Running day-to-day jobsite operations.
• Managing carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
• Coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Reading plans and ensuring work is completed accurately.
• Maintaining production schedules and meeting project deadlines.
• Performing carpentry work when needed while leading the crew.
• Conducting quality control throughout every phase of construction.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicating project progress with management and homeowners.
• Solving field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule.

Requirements

• 5 years of residential remodeling experience.
• Previous experience leading crews or managing projects.
• Strong framing, structural, and finish carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to schedule work and keep projects on track.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude around clients.

Pay: Starting at $35.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability.
