At Stewart Contractors LLC, we're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our growing team specializing in additions, whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and exterior remodeling throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Running day-to-day jobsite operations.
- Managing carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
- Coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Reading plans and ensuring work is completed accurately.
- Maintaining production schedules and meeting project deadlines.
- Performing carpentry work when needed while leading the crew.
- Conducting quality control throughout every phase of construction.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Communicating project progress with management and homeowners.
- Solving field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule.

Requirements
- 5 years of residential remodeling experience.
- Previous experience leading crews or managing projects.
- Strong framing, structural, and finish carpentry skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to schedule work and keep projects on track.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude around clients.
Pay: Starting at $35.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability.
