What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Complete unit turns, renovations, and remodeling projects
- Communicate professionally with residents and team members
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in general construction or maintenance (required)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with remodeling and renovation
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Punctual, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Pay & Benefits
- $22.00 – $25.00/hour, based on skill and experience
- 401(k)
- Paid time off
- Flexible scheduling:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend options available
