Case Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Stewards of Recovery is hiring a Case Manager to join our Adult Residential Treatment Program. If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery from substance use and mental health challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

We provide compassionate, person-centered treatment to adults from across the state in a supportive residential setting. As a small agency, we value teamwork, collaboration, and individualized care that empowers each client on their recovery journey.
What You'll Do
- Provide case management services for adult residential clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate life skills and skills development groups.
- Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources.
- Monitor client progress and support treatment goals.
- Build professional, therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with counselors, clinical staff, and community partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, or a closely related field.
- Ability to pass an enhanced Idaho State background check.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining and promoting a sober lifestyle.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, residential treatment, or case management.
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
